Trade Show Services Coordinator

The Show Services Coordinator (SSC) will be responsible for coordinating show site services in support of DesignShop clients. Working with and supporting our team of Account Managers and Account Executives, the SSC will assist with the planning of our client’s shows and be fulfilling all required show service order forms.

  • Planning show site activities
  • Working closely with the Account Managers and Account Executives to provide a high level of
  • client services
  • Downloading and completing show service order forms well in advance of the show’s discount
  • ordering deadline
  • Auditing show service invoices from show contractors and independent service providers
  • Providing assistance to Account Managers on an as-needed basis
  • Possible onsite support at certain shows


  • Trade show experience preferred along with a basic knowledge of the trade show industry
  • PC skills including using Acrobat, Word, and Excel
  • A minimum of two years in a coordinator or manager position in a service provider role
  • Education: a minimum of a two-year Associates Degree is preferred
